Job summary

Old Second National Bank is hiring Universal Bankers at Levels 1–3 to deliver friendly service and drive sales. You will open and maintain customer accounts, profile customers for cross-sell opportunities, and support teller duties when needed.

Levels vary by experience, with responsibility for relationship management at higher levels and ongoing compliance with banking regulations. Onsite hours apply at Illinois branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must become licensed with NMLS within 60 days of starting.
• Onsite position with branch hours Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm and Sat 8:30am–1:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line customer service and sales for opening/closing accounts.
• Profile customers for new sales and cross-sell opportunities.
• Perform basic Teller functions as needed and adhere to policies.
• Maintain high customer service standards and accurate records.
• Operate across multiple roles including related banking tasks.
