Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and support sales goals.
• Process teller transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, etc.).
• Process coin and currency for cash shipments.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and balancing cash items.
• Process member service transactions across accounts (savings, checking, CDs, loans).
• Educate members on credit union products and services.
