Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
• At least 1 year of teller experience in a financial institution.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in a financial institution with individual sales goals

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members and meet referral and sales goals.
• Process teller transactions accurately and timely.
• Handle coin and currency for cash shipments and balance procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and ATM/teller cash handling.
• Cross-sell and educate on Credit Union products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of Credit Union policies and current promotions.
