The Branch Service Specialist (Universal Banker) role focuses on listening to member needs, delivering exceptional service, and cross-selling MSGCU products to build loyal relationships. A welcoming, growth-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Hard skills: high school diploma or GED and up to 2 years’ related experience; willingness to learn and cross-sell products.

Responsibilities

• Performs member sales and service functions and teller transactions to deliver the member experience.
• Cross-sells MSGCU products and services using a consultative approach to build loyal relationships.
• Processes loan applications, opens memberships, IRAs, and sets up automated services; supports Call Center as needed.
• Balances drawer and completes teller transactions accurately at end of day.
• Explains ownership options and eligibility for membership; ensures paperwork is complete.
