Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months teller experience in a financial institution or as a retail sales representative/cashier required.
• Either 2 years retail sales experience, or Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or Finance, or 1 year of member/customer facing experience within financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Performs member sales and service functions and teller transactions to deliver the desired member experience.
• Cross-sells MSGCU products and services using a consultative approach.
• Opens new memberships and IRAs; supports Call Center as needed; explains ownership options and eligibility for membership.
