Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or 2+ years retail sales experience preferred.
• 1 year member/customer facing experience within financial services or similar.

Responsabilités

• Process teller transactions and assist with loan applications.
• Open new memberships and IRAs; set up automated services.
• Cross-sell MSGCU products and services to meet member needs.
• Deliver exceptional member service and resolve issues to build loyalty.
