Qualifications

• 6 months teller or retail sales experience required.
• 1 year of member/customer facing experience in financial services preferred.
• Associates degree in business-related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform broad member sales and service functions and teller transactions.
• Cross-sell MSGCU products and services to meet member needs.
• Process loan applications, open memberships, and set up automated services.
• Balance drawer and cash handling at end of day.
• Explain ownership options and eligibility for membership.
