Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Processes all teller line transactions at a proficient level, including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, and issuing checks.
• Counts and balances the cash drawer daily and resolves discrepancies.
• Follows BSA/AML/OFAC policies and reports suspicious activity.
• Maintains confidentiality of bank information.
• Engages customers to understand needs and recommend products and services.
• Assists customers with routine questions and account maintenance requests.
• Gains proficiency in vault transactions, end-of-day processing, and teller line operations.
• Undergoes knowledge of the bank's security system and assists in testing alarms.
