• Proficient in MS Office and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall customer satisfaction.
• Open personal and commercial customer accounts and maintain relationships.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently within policy guidelines.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with daily branch operations.
• Identify growth opportunities and refer, cross-sell to appropriate business lines.
