First Mid Bancshares, Inc. seeks a customer-focused Universal Banker to deliver a high standard of service. You will support customers with deposits, withdrawals, and product openings, while building lasting client relationships at the branch.

With 2+ years in sales and 1+ year in banking, you will identify growth opportunities and assist in promotional activities. A strong knowledge of banking regulations and MS Office is a plus; training is provided.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years' experience in a sales and goal-based environment.
• 1+ year of banking and/or consumer lending experience.
• Must complete required compliance and First Mid training curriculum.

Responsabilidades

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and satisfaction.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently within policy guidelines (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, cashier’s checks).
• Open personal and commercial accounts and related deposit products (IRA, Trust, Business, POA, Estate).
• Proactively look for ways to improve processes and customer experience.
