Job summary

Lowell Five Bank in Massachusetts is seeking a Universal Banker I to support branch operations, process deposits and withdrawals, and assist customers with account openings and product education. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in Universal Banker I or relevant work experience.
• Thorough knowledge of bank products and policies.
• Customer focused with ability to recognize opportunities and maintain relationships.
• Strong oral communication skills with the ability to be concise and clear.
• Organized and detail oriented with ability to multi-task across daily tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office, CRM and banking software.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions in lobby or drive-thru, including deposits, withdrawals and payments.
• Balance cash drawer, ATM, and vault; assist with safe deposit access where applicable.
• Open checking, savings and CDs; provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Research and respond to complex inquiries and escalate to management when needed.
