Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of banking, customer service, or cash-handling experience desirable.
• Exposure to branch sales, referrals, and basic financial services concepts strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, professional service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer goals and recommend solutions.
• Provide accurate servicing assistance with timely follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Open and service consumer deposit accounts (checking, savings, money market, CDs).
• Identify financial needs and refer customers to Nicolet products and services.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with vault, ATM, night depository, and dual-control duties.
• Ensure onboarding, KYC, CIP, identity verification, and policy requirements are met.
• Educate customers on account features, benefits, and digital access tools.
