Job summary

Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Universal Banker II to drive new customers and deepen relationships at the Appleton branch. You will act as a trusted frontline advisor reflecting Nicolet's culture and commitment to an exceptional customer experience.

You will perform teller operations, digital support, and needs-based referrals, while opening and servicing consumer deposit accounts and coordinating with Personal Bankers or lending specialists as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to open and service consumer deposit accounts.
• Strong referrals and cross-selling skills.
