An established industry player is seeking a dedicated client service representative to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. This role involves conducting transactions, educating customers on digital banking solutions, and actively participating in sales outreach. Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs. Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.
