An established industry player is seeking a dedicated client service representative to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. This role involves engaging clients, facilitating transactions, and providing tailored solutions through effective communication and relationship management. Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs. Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.
