Northrim Bank in Anchorage, Alaska is seeking Universal Bankers I–III to be the face of the branch. You will handle everyday transactions, assist customers with opening accounts, and guide financial decisions while solving problems and building trust in the community.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in cash-handling, retail, or hospitality.
• 1+ year in banking or 2+ years in customer service/cash-handling.
• Degree in a related field can replace experience.
• Leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
• Able to run the branch in a pinch.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the bank: greet customers, handle transactions, and improve their day.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, to account management and loan payments.
• Build real relationships: get to know customers and help them plan, save, and succeed financially.
• Think like an advisor: suggest products and services that actually make a difference.
• Stay sharp: learn new systems, keep up with regulations, and level up with ongoing training.
• Lead by example (UB III): step up when management is away and mentor new teammates.
