Qualifications

• 6+ months in cash-handling, retail, or hospitality
• 1+ year in banking or 2+ years in customer service/cash-handling; degree in a related field can replace experience
• 3+ years of banking experience; leadership and mentoring experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the bank: greet customers, handle transactions, and make their day better.
• Solve problems: assist with deposits, withdrawals, account management, and loan payments.
• Build relationships: help customers plan, save, and succeed financially.
• Think like an advisor: suggest products and services that make a difference.
• Stay sharp: learn new systems, keep up with regulations, and training.
• Lead by example (UB III): mentor new teammates and keep operations running smoothly.
