• Engage customers and provide digital solutions; explain loan criteria.
• Complete servicing-related responsibilities for Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Follow the Bank’s sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to customers to retain and expand relationships.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls and resolve customer complaints.
• Accurately complete customer transactions and log interactions.
• Assist with AML/KYC processes and identify potential fraud.
