Responsibilities

• Rotate between the teller line and the customer service desk.
• Provide superior customer service experience based on Service Beyond Expectations pillars.
• Perform routine banking transactions, including deposits, checks, payments, and cash orders.
• Open Consumer and Business Bank Accounts including loans and deposits.
• Assist clients with accounts, online/mobile products, debit cards, wire transfers, and overdraft assistance.
• Open CDARS/IRA accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to branch sales goals by identifying and referring products.
