Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years teller and/or new accounts experience preferred.
• Comfortable in a sales and service environment.
• Able to work as part of a team with Customer Service Tellers and Relationship Bankers.
• Highly professional with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent computer, typing, and math skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Rotate between teller line and customer service desk.
• Provide superior customer service experience.
• Perform routine banking transactions such as deposits and payments.
• Open consumer and business accounts including loans and deposits.
• Assist clients with accounts, online/mobile services, debit cards, and transfers.
• Open CDs or IRA accounts and assist with related transactions.
• Adhere to policies and protect customers and bank assets.
• Complete information on systems and forms accurately.
