Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years teller and/or new accounts experience preferred
• Universal Banker must be comfortable and confident in a sales and service environment
• Must be able to be part of a team and work closely with fellow staff
• Highly professional with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer, typing, and math skills required
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Rotate between the teller line and the customer service desk.
• Provide superior customer service experience, based on Service Beyond Expectations pillars.
• Perform routine banking transactions such as deposits, checks, payments, cash orders, and coin processing.
• Open Consumer and Business Bank Accounts including loans and deposits.
• Assist clients with account inquiries, online and mobile products, debit cards, and wire transfers.
• Open and/or assist with CDARS and IRA accounts/transactions.
• Contribute to branch sales and referral goals by identifying and making referrals.
• Adhere to bank policies and protect customers, assets, and security.
• Accurately complete information on systems and forms to ensure service quality.
