Responsibilities

• Contributes to organization success, customer satisfaction and relationships.
• As Teller: assist daily operation, handle deposits, verify cash and issue receipts.
• As Personal Banker: open and process various types of accounts and wire transfers.
• Cross-sell bank services and refer to appropriate departments.
• Maintain accuracy in documentation and cash handling and perform audits as needed.
• Handle inquiries and resolve account issues with professionalism.
