Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training beneficial.
• 1+ year banking experience preferred.
• Strong numerical and detail orientation for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cash advances and check cashing.
• Count and package currency; reconcile cash drawer at shift start and end.
• Greet customers, answer inquiries, resolve issues professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products like checking, savings, cards and loans.
• Open and maintain consumer products such as new accounts and online banking assistance.
• Verify identities and detect counterfeit currency or potential fraud; follow security policies.
• Maintain supplies and proper handling of documents.
