Job summary

Responsibilities include outbound client calls, assisting loan applications, resolving account inquiries, and staying current with product knowledge through ongoing training and meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year teller experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to cross-sell and refer to bank partners.
• Familiarity with banking products like deposits, IRAs, CDs.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times.
• Open and process deposits, new accounts, including checking/savings/IRAs/CDs.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend products.
• Cross-sell and make referrals to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls and participate in client campaigns.
• Assist clients with loan applications and coordinate hand-off to the appropriate associate.
• Research and resolve client inquiries on account status.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
