Qualifications

• Two+ years of customer service experience, preferably in banking.

• Effective verbal and listening skills are essential.
• Friendly, patient, professional demeanor with customers.
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller transactions accurately and efficiently (deposits, withdrawals, payments).
• Balance cash drawer and resolve discrepancies per policy.
• Open, maintain, and close retail deposit accounts for consumer and business customers.
• Assist customers with debit cards, online banking, and digital services.
• Educate customers on banking products and referrals to specialists.
• Uphold security procedures and comply with regulatory requirements.
