Job summary

Raccoon Valley Bank is seeking a Universal Banker to join its Retail Department. You will assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, opening new accounts, and digital banking products, while helping deepen relationships and attract new business.

Within this role you’ll balance cash, stay within drawer limits, comply with bank regulations, and participate in sales campaigns for bank products. A strong customer service focus and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Must have the dexterity to count money.
• Valid driver’s license; travel to Bank offices as needed.
• Ability to speak a foreign language helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller duties: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related services.
• Explain bank products and assist with new accounts and digital banking.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain drawer limits.
• Ensure compliance with laws (Bank Secrecy Act, privacy, funds availability).
• Meet sales goals and cross-sell products to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and protect confidential information.
• Contribute to team efforts as needed.
