Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Two years of cash handling experience.
• Knowledge of bank products and deposit accounts.

Responsibilities

• Promote and cross-sell River Bank products tailored to customer needs.
• Refer investment needs to Financial Advisor as appropriate.
• Ensure deposit accounts comply with bank policies and regulations.
• Assist Tellers on frontline and support branches as needed.
• Assist Branch Manager with employee training and mentoring as needed.
• Travel to other branches for universal banker coverage as needed.
