John Marshall Bank is seeking a Teller/Universal Banker for its Tysons Branch. You will deliver exceptional customer service, open accounts, and accurately handle routine and complex financial transactions.

The role balances regulatory compliance with a consultative sales approach to support branch performance and community growth. On-site position with opportunities for cross-branch training and growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a bank branch setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze customer profiles and identify needs for tailored banking solutions.
• Strong math skills for totals and balancing logs.
• Attention to detail to detect fraud and maintain confidentiality.
• Comfort using digital banking platforms and internal systems.
• Willingness to travel to other branches for training and coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service while opening accounts and executing routine and complex financial transactions.
• Process wires, research requests, CD maturities, loan payments, and stop payments.
• Identify customer needs to cross-sell and refer banking products.
• Manage branch cash; verify end-of-day balances and secure cash shipments.
• Ensure compliance with CTR, CIP, and safety guidelines to mitigate risk.
• Monitor branch operations and support general operations and facility management.
• Assist with coaching and supervising teller activities and training.
