I Bankonline in Memphis seeks an Universal Banker to deliver quality, accurate customer service, perform daily banking transactions, and open accounts in a retail environment.

You will promote bank products through proactive sales, cross-sell to customers, explain product changes, support branch management, train new associates, participate in meetings, and handle daily branch operations while following all policies and compliance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience as Teller or Relationship Banker.

Mansioni

• Provide teller/platform support to process daily financial transactions and open accounts.
• Explain product benefits, changes, and requirements to clients.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to generate new business and deepen relationships.
• Take loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
• Assist branch management with on-the-job training of new associates.
• Participate in branch meetings to enhance knowledge of sales initiatives and customer service delivery.
• Assist branch associates with daily branch operations as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
