Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; related experience may substitute.
• Experience in customer service and branch operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services desirable.
• Ability to learn and use bank software for account openings and processing.

Responsibilities

• Process new account-related transactions and basic deposits/loans.
• Assist customers in selecting accounts and financial services; cross-sell where appropriate.
• Interview customers and verify information for new accounts; support credit processes.
• Provide support across branch operations and lead/coach junior staff as needed.
• Process documents for electronic banking and merchant card applications.
• Deliver accurate, compliant service and resolve customer issues; open/close accounts.
