Job summary

Northrim Bank in Alaska is seeking Universal Bankers I–III to be the face of the branch, handling deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and customer inquiries with care.

You’ll build relationships, learn banking software, and mentor teammates as you grow with a supportive team in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in cash-handling, retail, or hospitality (as described in the posting).
• 1+ year in banking or 2+ years in customer service/cash-handling (role requirements).
• Leadership or mentoring experience is preferred for higher levels.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, handle transactions, and assist with deposits and withdrawals.
• Explain products and services to help customers meet financial goals.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in daily banking operations.
• Support branch leadership and mentor junior teammates as needed.
