Northrim Bank is hiring a Universal Banker III at the West Anchorage Branch. This full-time role combines teller skills, financial know-how, and sales finesse to help clients open accounts, answer questions, and meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of banking experience.
• Leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
• Able to run the branch in a pinch!

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the bank: Greet customers, handle transactions, and make their day better.
• Solve problems like a pro: Assist with deposits, withdrawals, account management and loan payments.
• Build real relationships: Get to know customers and help them plan, save, and succeed financially.
• Think like an advisor: Suggest products and services that actually make a difference.
• Stay sharp: Learn new systems, keep up with regulations, and level up with ongoing training.
• Lead by example (UB III): Step up when management is away, mentor new teammates, and keep operations running smoothly.
