Job summary

Northrim Bank in Anchorage, Alaska, is seeking a Universal Banker I or II to join our Retail Banking team. You’ll greet customers, handle transactions, and help clients manage deposits, loans, and account services with a friendly, solution-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in cash-handling, retail, or hospitality.
• 1+ year in banking OR 2+ years in customer service/cash-handling.
• 3+ years of banking experience; leadership and mentoring preferred; able to run the branch in a pinch!
