Qualifications

• 6+ months in cash-handling, retail, or hospitality.
• 1+ year in banking; 2+ years in customer service/cash-handling; degree can replace experience.
• 3+ years of banking experience; leadership and mentoring experience preferred; able to run the branch in a pinch.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, handle transactions, and improve their day.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, account management, and loan payments.
• Build relationships, help customers plan, save, and succeed financially.
• Suggest products and services that make a real difference.
• Learn new systems, stay up to date with regulations, and train as needed.
• Step up as UB III when management is away and mentor teammates.

What You Bring to the Table

Universal Banker I
