MountainOne Bank in Pittsfield is seeking a Universal Banker Representative (Customer Service/ Teller) to support daily branch operations, manage accounts, handle transactions, and promote bank products. You will deliver customer service in line with our service standards, maintain accurate records, and participate in the branch sales referral process.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• Minimum one year of banking experience.
• Technical knowledge: math, teller transactions, MS Office, branch procedures, product knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Customer Care: handle daily teller transactions, promote bank products, open and service accounts.
• Operations and Compliance: stay updated with policies, training, BSA/AML/OFAC compliance, audits.
• Individual and Team Effectiveness: collaborate across departments, support call center, cross-train.
• Business Development: identify growth opportunities and cross-sell products.
