Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time teammate in the Warrington area to provide timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and understand clients’ financial needs. You will educate clients on digital banking, support sales via outbound calls, and work with branch teams to deliver Truist solutions.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in teller/client service. We value strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required, including locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and efficient transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Advance product knowledge to better serve consumer and business clients.
• Adhere to controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling workload per branch demands.
