Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• 1+ years of recent banking experience, ideally as a Bank Teller or Universal Banker.
• 1+ years of recent, high volume cash-handling ($USD).
• Previous sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Service Standards: Foster partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues; initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities.
• Operations & Administration: Comply with regulations and policies to manage risk and ensure operational efficiency; complete required training on deadlines.
