Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with teller experience preferred.
• Background and credit checks required per policy.
• Compliance with S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize wait times.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Open and process new deposit accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, money market).
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
• Provide excellent client experiences and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Stay informed of operational updates and participate in trainings.
