You will build relationships, provide tailored financial solutions, and refer clients to specialists as appropriate, while maintaining accuracy and compliance in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; less than 1 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to explain products and digital banking solutions clearly to customers.
• Strong communication, accuracy in handling transactions, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by building relationships and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Process teller and account transactions accurately and support daily branch operations.
• Assist customers with opening consumer and business accounts and enrolling in digital banking services.
• Identify customer needs, recommend C&N products, and refer customers to specialized banking partners when appropriate.
