Role Description The Universal Banker is a part-time, on-site role located in Springfield, MO. This role is responsible for assisting customers with daily banking needs, including opening and servicing deposit accounts, processing transactions, and handling cash accurately and securely. The Universal Banker will support loan-related activities, such as providing information on loan products, assisting with applications, and directing customers to lending specialists when needed.
