Job Description Summary

To support Clinic Providers through scheduling clinic and surgery appointments.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage all patient surgeries (35%): Schedule surgeries, handle documentation, consents, patient education, prepare files, coordinate preoperative care, and maintain surgery trackers.
  2. Manage physicians’ clinics (30%): Approve overbooks, review schedules, serve as liaison, handle template changes, cancellations, and referrals.
  3. Coordinate patient financial responsibilities (15%): Communicate with financial counseling and billing teams, oversee financial assistance requests.
  4. Handle correspondence and administrative tasks (15%): Manage patient letters, physician requests, calendars, files, and assist in onboarding new staff.
  5. Other duties (5%): As assigned by Department Administrator and Supervisor.
Minimum Requirements

High school diploma with two years related work experience or a bachelor's degree. Valid driver's license or specific certifications may be required. Physical and vision requirements apply as detailed in the original description.
