Job summary

GSW, a healthcare communications agency, seeks a freelance Creative Technologist with Unity expertise to create interactive WebGL experiences. You will implement Timeline-driven sequences, optimize performance, and collaborate across disciplines in a dynamic studio setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years Unity experience, strong C# scripting, and a solid grasp of web constraints; shader skills and DOTS/Addressables are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Unity experience preferred.
• Proficiency with WebGL export and constraints.
• Solid knowledge of Unity Timeline and animation systems.
• Experience with C# scripting and modular architecture.
• Attention to performance and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Unity scenes for WebGL deployment.
• Use Timeline to drive scripted sequences and animations.
• Integrate UI, VFX, audio, and logic into a cohesive package.
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and developers in a fast-paced environment.
• Debug and test across browsers and hardware configurations.
