Job summary

GSW, powered by Syneos Health is seeking a Freelance Creative Technologist who specializes in Unity and WebGL-driven interactive experiences. You will build and optimize Unity scenes for WebGL, drive scripted sequences with Timeline, and integrate UI, VFX, audio, and logic into a performant package.

Collaborate with artists, designers, and developers in a fast-moving environment, test across browsers and devices, and advocate for efficiency and cross-browser compatibility in all deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Unity development experience.
• Experience exporting WebGL and optimizing for browser constraints.
• Strong knowledge of Unity Timeline and Animation systems.
• Experience with C# scripting and modular architecture.
• Attention to performance and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Unity scenes for WebGL deployment.
• Use Timeline to drive scripted sequences, object animations, and environmental effects.
• Integrate UI, VFX, audio, and logic in a cohesive, performant package.
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and developers in a fast-moving, creative environment.
• Debug and test across browsers and hardware configurations.
