GSW is a full-service healthcare communications agency creating interactive brand experiences. We seek a freelance Creative Technologist who excels in Unity for WebGL builds, Timeline-driven animation, and cross-browser performance.

You will collaborate with artists and developers in a fast-paced environment, delivering polished web experiences that balance visuals and efficiency. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Unity, strong C# scripting, and a focus on performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Unity experience (3+ years preferred).
• Proficiency with WebGL export and related constraints (compression, memory usage, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of Unity Timeline and Animation systems.
• Experience with C# scripting and modular architecture.
• Attention to performance and compatibility, especially in web browser contexts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Build and optimize Unity scenes for WebGL deployment.
• Use Timeline to drive scripted sequences, object animations, and environmental effects.
• Integrate UI, VFX, audio, and logic in a cohesive, performant package.
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and developers in a fast-moving, creative environment.
• Debug and test across browsers and hardware configurations.
