Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation seeks to hire an experienced Unit Coordinator for our Rehab Unit who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Unit Coordinator, you will manage physician orders, greet visitors, answer patient call requests, prioritize nursing unit clerical duties, and coordinate tests and consultations while delivering outstanding customer service in a calm, respectful manner.

As a Unit Coordinator, you will:

• Processes physician orders
• Greets visitors answers patient call requests and communicates patient needs to staff
• Prioritizes clerical duties of the nursing unit and schedules patient tests, procedures, and consultations
• Organizes multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service skills and a calm demeanor

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior training in transcription of orders preferred

Work Schedule:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Hours per Week: 36 hrs/week
• Typical Daily Schedule: 6:45AM-7:15PM, with weekend requirement
• Shift Type: Day
• Weekend Requirements: every other weekend rotation
• Shift Differential Eligible: Yes

Pay Range: $18.80 - $24.18

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
