Demonstrate appropriate de-escalation techniques as per training.• Stays knowledgeable and precise in coordination of services.• Provides resources needed for department to function efficiently.• Seeks proactive solutions in problem solving.• Participates in improving work flow, patient throughput, and communication between units.• Participates in supply chain management and equipment maintenance process.• Escorts patients off unit to emergency department, cafeteria, gymnasium, courtyard/outside activities, or off campus appointments as needed/ordered.
