The role emphasizes continuous improvement, governance participation, and collaboration across disciplines. A nursing degree, MD RN license in Maryland, and leadership certifications are required or pursued

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate Degree in nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Three years of department-specific work experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred; active Maryland RN license.
• BLS certification required; leadership certification within 1 year.
