Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) required at time of hire.
• Preferred: CNA/Medical Assistant or nursing student with skills lab, or at least 6 months direct patient care experience.

Aufgaben

• Greet and direct customers; promote/facilitate accurate and timely unit communication.
• Answer phones and process information; redirect calls to appropriate parties.
• Monitor patients and document vital signs and actions in the patient record.
• Assist with intravenous therapy, splinting/casting, and other procedures under supervision.
• Perform basic clerical duties such as answering phones, filing, and copying.
