Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) required at time of hire.
• Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, or nursing student with skills lab.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers; facilitate unit communication.
• Answer phones and route information to appropriate parties.
• Monitor patients and collect data for documentation in the EMR.
• Assist with basic patient care and support for nursing staff.
• Prepare rooms and maintain unit cleanliness and supplies.
