Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Preferred: basic patient care training (CNA/MA/student) or 6 months direct patient care experience.
• On-the-job training and competency verification provided.
• Maintain current BLS and emergency response training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers; promote accurate unit communication.
• Answer phones and process information; redirect calls as needed.
• Monitor patients and document vital signs; transport when required.
• Assist with IV therapy, phlebotomy, splinting, and wound care under supervision.
• Operate EMR and other unit systems; ensure cleanliness and stock supplies.
